Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - The Basic Purpose Of The Order Is: 1) Development Of Multi-Discipline Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With All Necessary Decisions, All Required Conditions, All Arrangements And Opinions In Order For The Ordering Party To Obtain A Building Permit. 2) Development Of Materials Necessary To Announce A Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works Required By The Public Procurement Law And Subsequent Implementation Of The Task. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex A To The Swz And An Overview Map. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Have A Decision On Environmental Conditions. Obtaining An Environmental Decision Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. If The Required Decisions Are Not Obtained Within The Contractual Deadline, Through No Fault Of The Contractor, The Ordering Party Envisages Extending The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Appropriate Annex To The Contract. As Part Of The Order, A Complete Map Must Be Developed For Design Purposes And All Activities Necessary To Prepare It Must Be Carried Out. The Order Also Includes The Design Of Infrastructure Sections To The Property Boundaries Planned For Connection To The Sanitary Sewage System.4.
