1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of 10 Science Festivals For Schools As Part Of The Engineers Era Project - Development Of Key Competences In The Stalowa Wola Commune. 2. Purpose Of The Order: Development Of Key Competences Of Students Participating In The Project In Terms Of Learning And Expanding Knowledge And Skills In The Field Of Information Technologies.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Organization, Implementation, Service And Coordination Of Science Festivals Addressed To Students Of Primary And Secondary Schools Participating In The Project Era Of Engineer - Development Of Key Competencies In The Stalowa Wola Commune No. Fepk.07.12-Ip.01-0029/23. 4. The Festival Is Of An Educational And Entertainment Nature And Will Be Addressed Directly To Students Of Individual Schools Taking Part. Participation In The Project. Indirect Participants Of The Event Will Be Teachers Who Will Supervise Students And Parents Who Often Participate In Such Events Accompanying Children, Especially Younger Students.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: Era Of Engineer - Development Of Key Competences In The Stalowa Wola Commune No. Fepk.07.12-Ip.01-0029/23 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project), Which Was Co-Financed By European Union From The European Social Fund Plus, Under The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie 2021-2027, Measure Fepk.07.12 General Education And From The State Budget.6. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Annex To Swz.7. Moreover, When Performing The Service, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Guidelines For The Dnsh Contractor Constituting An Annex To Swz.8. Contractor Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Be Obliged To: Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Items 1510, 1700, 2140, Of 2023, Item 240) The Following Activities: - Not Applicable9.
