The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Design, Implementation And Operation Of Light Decorations In The Palm House Park In The Years 2025-2026, Which Includes: A) Making A New Decoration According To The Employers Conceptual Design Consisting Of The Concept Of Visual Decoration Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz And The Specification Of Decoration Elements Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz; B) Transfer Of Ownership Of The New Lighting Decoration To The Ordering Party, C) Delivery And Installation Of The New And Existing Decoration Together With Connection To Power Points, D) Providing Maintenance Services For The New And Existing Decoration Throughout The Duration Of The Contract And Incurring Related Costs (Controlling And Supervising The Proper Condition Of Lighting And Decorations, I.E. Their Proper Operation And Removing Any Failures And Damages Arising During Operation), E) Dismantling Of New And Existing Decorations In 2026 (The Detailed Scope Of These Activities And The Dates Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Material Scope - Annex No. 8 To The Swz) - The Decoration Remains The Property Of The Ordering Party,
