The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Purchase Of Equipment For Kindergartens In Waśniów And Momina - General School Equipment, Under Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Together With The Transfer Of Ownership To The Ordering Party, To Kindergarten Departments In Waśniów And Momina General School Equipment (Equipment For Kindergarten Rooms), A Detailed List Of Which Together With The Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Equipment, Individually For The Kindergarten In Waśniów And For The Kindergarten In Momina, Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. For The Avoidance Of Doubt, The Delivery Of General School Equipment Also Includes Unloading And/Or Storing And Subsequent Arrangement And/Or Assembly Of School Equipment In The Appropriate Kindergarten Rooms, And These Activities Are At The Sole Risk Of The Contractor. 3. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Designed Contractual Provisions.
