The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Together With The Transfer Of Ownership To The Ordering Party, Of A Brand New Slurry Vehicle For The Removal Of Liquid Waste, Together With Additional Equipment, With Technical And Operational Parameters Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Ordering Party Declares That If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And/Or Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 3. The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Designed Contractual Provisions.
