Tenders are invited for Implementation of a Water Project in the (Al-Tadamun - Shakhb Malik) Area - Al-Nadirah District - Ibb Governorate (Peace Project). A deposit of 15,000 Yemeni riyals A bank guarantee in the same form specified in the tender documents for a lump sum of ($3,708) in words (three thousand seven hundred and eight US dollars only) The bid shall be submitted in one original and two copies in a sealed envelope, sealed with red wax, bearing the name of the entity, the project, the tender number, the name of the bidder, and a guarantee valid for (90) days from the date of opening the envelopes. The following documents shall be enclosed: 1. A bank guarantee in the same form specified in the tender documents for a lump sum of ($3,708) in words (three thousand seven hundred and eight US dollars only) of the total tender value, valid for (90) days from the date of opening the envelopes, or an acceptable check. 2. A copy of a valid registration and classification certificate (commercial register). 3. A copy of a valid sales tax registration certificate and tax card. 4. A copy of a valid insurance card and zakat card for the tender period. 5. A copy of a certificate of practicing the profession and a shop license. 6. Registration with the authorities is required before entering the tender, if required. Anyone who does not meet this condition will be disqualified. 7. Renewal vouchers for the aforementioned documents will not be accepted. 8.
