The Convention Relates To The Transfer Of The Infrastructure (In The Case Of A New Contractor) And The Supply Of Iaas Services That Include: • Providing Virtual Servers For All Critical Operations Of Eoal. • Provide High Availability Storage. • Backup And Disaster Recovery Services. • Ability To Reset In The Event Of Loss Of Data Or Damage. • Providing Educational Services For The Management Of The New Environment. The Services Provided Will Be Invoiced Monthly Based On The Use, And The Contractor Should Also Provide The Relevant Licenses Where Required. (Eg Windows Server Os, Backup Software Licenses, Etc.).
