Software Package And Information Systems – L-Bank - Europe-Wide Award For The Procurement Of A Contract For A Research Platform For Daily And Weekly Press, Specialist Press And E-Books (Business And Law Departments). The Details Of The Service To Be Provided Can Be Found In The Service Description (Appendix 2). The Contract Is Expected To Be Concluded By The End Of December 2025. The Provision Of Services Is Scheduled To Begin On January 1, 2026. The Contract Should Initially Be Concluded For A Term Of One Year (Basic Term Until December 31, 2026) And, Unless Termination Is Given By The Client 3 Months Before The End Of The Applicable Contract Term, It Should Be Automatically Extended For A Further Year (Annual Termination Option). When Submitting An Offer, Bidders Must Submit A Contract On The Basis Of Which The Service Can Be Provided And Which Meets These Requirements (In Particular For The Contract Period). It Should Be Noted That In Principle 1,700 L-Bank Employees Will Be Entitled To Use The Facility (As Of December 31, 2024). The Contract Must Correspond To The Usual Market Regulations And May Not Contain Any Additional Contractual Regulations On Other Price Components That Go Beyond Those In The Tender Documents. In Any Case, The Price Offered Must Be Fixed For The Basic Contractual Term. As Part Of The Contract, It Must Be Shown Whether And How Changes In The Number Of Employees Authorized To Use The Service (Increasing And Decreasing User Numbers) Affect Pricing During The Contract Term. In Addition, The Contractual Annexes To Be Taken Into Account By The Contracting Authority (Ltmg Contractual Conditions And Confidentiality Agreement) Must Be Taken Into Account As Further Contractual Annexes.
