Tenders are invited for Supply of Psychological Support Supplies Our Childrens Association for the Deaf is seeking sealed bids to contract with a company to supply psychological support supplies within the project "Enhancing Community Participation and Empowering Local Leadership" with support from the European Union and implemented by Oxfam, Our Childrens Association and the Palestinian Medical Relief. Qualified companies in the Gaza Strip who wish to participate should come to the Associations headquarters located in Deir al-Balah, Street 17, near the Al-Baraka Diwan, to obtain the tender documents and terms of supply, starting from Thursday, October 9, 2025, until Sunday, October 12, 2025, according to the following conditions: Special conditions : · Prices are in Euros and include VAT. · Submit an official tax invoice · Attach a certificate of deduction from the source if conditions improve · Delivery within one week from the date of purchase order and contract signing. · Any item can be cancelled. · All items in the Bill of Quantities must be priced. · Unit price depends on · The quantity is subject to increase or decrease. · Quality control of the required items · The price includes delivery in Deir al-Balah city. · Prices must be valid for a period of not less than 60 days from the date of submission of the bid . · The association is not bound to accept the lowest prices without giving reasons. · The Association has the right to cancel the tender without giving reasons. · Payment via bank transfer after receipt and completion of all official supply procedures. · The deadline for submitting bids is Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 12 noon at the associations headquarters in Deir al-Balah.
