Tenders are invited for Procurement of Automotive Training Equipment and Tools Demand-Oriented Technical Vocational Education and Training II Project (DO TVET II), implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in the Palestinian Territories and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), aims to enhance the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system in the Palestinian territories by fostering labour market-oriented management. The programme targets technical and vocational institutions staff and students, with special attention to the marginalized groups and areas. It builds on previous efforts to improve TVET, focusing on strengthening institutional capacities, standardizing processes, and fostering public-private collaboration. An integral component of the project aims to demonstrate cooperative training approaches and create networks to disseminate these methods. Training staff from TVET and private sector institutions will be prepared to plan and initiate partnerships, transfer innovative training content, and promote gender equality, digitalization, and greening as cross-cutting issues. This should be carried out in collaboration with selected TVET institutions that are equipped to effectively manage this type of training packages. GIZ is currently seeking qualified locally registered vendors to automotive training equipment and tools for TVET institutions in the West Bank. Qualified suppliers are hereby invited to submit their quotations for the provision of the required items.
