It Must Offer A Minimum Speed Of 70 Mbps Download And 70 Mbps Upload, Guaranteeing Stability And Adequate Performance For The Administrative Activities Of The Municipal Departments. All Equipment And Accessories Necessary For The Full Operation Of The Service Must Be Provided, On A Lending Basis, Including At Least: Onu, Outdoor Dual-Band Router With Mesh Technology, With Capacity For Up To 100 Simultaneous Accesses Standard 6U Rack (Or Equivalent), Sized According To The Demand Of The Installation Point Routerboard With Dual-Core Processor 880 Mhz And 256 Mb Of Ram, For Network Edge Configuration Cables, Connectors, Supports And Other Materials Indispensable For The Correct Installation And Operation Of The System. The Installations Can Be Carried Out Both At The Municipal Headquarters And In Locations In The Rural Area, And The Contractor Must Ensure Full Coverage And Continuous Operation Of The Service, In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Terms Of Reference And Technical Guidelines Of The Municipal Administration.
