Linear Accelerators – Clinical Electron Linear Accelerators. The Client Requires Two Identical Clinical Electron Linear Accelerators (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Linac Or System) Including Accessories For The Bautzen And Pirna Locations. The Services To Be Provided Include, Among Other Things, The Structural And Technical Upgrading Of The Existing Premises And Technical Systems For The Linacs, The Introduction, Installation, Assembly, Installation Of The Systems To Be Procured As Well As The Dismantling And Collection Of The Old Systems. The Requirements For The Systems Including Accessories, Components, Devices/Products And Other Services Are Listed In The Tender Document, Service Description, Including Appendices. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Delivery Of The Systems And The Provision Of All Services As Well As All Technical And Other Ancillary Services, Including The Delivery Of Accessories Required For The Complete, Operational Systems, As Well As The Prior Structural And Technical Upgrade Of The Existing Premises And Technical Systems For The Systems. In Addition To The Delivery Of The Systems To The Respective Installation/Operating Locations And Their Installation, The Contractor Will In Particular Undertake The Following Additional Services: Planning Services With Regard To The Installation/Assembly/Installation/Installation Of The Systems As Well As With Regard To The Structural And Technical Upgrading Of The Existing Premises And Technical Systems For The Systems; Preparation And Provision Of Planning Documents (In Particular Execution Descriptions, Layout Plans, Assembly And Installation Plans, Inspection Plans) In Accordance With Appendix 2 - Construction List Of Services Including Systems; Dismantling, Deployment, Collection And Removal Of The Currently Installed Old Systems, Taking Into Account The Requirements In Accordance With Appendix 2 - Construction List Of Services Including Systems And Their Proper Recycling/Disposal; Structural And Technical Upgrading Of The Existing Premises And Technical Systems For The Systems, Taking Into Account The Local Conditions And In Accordance With Appendix 2 - Construction List Of Services Including Systems; Other Ancillary Services In Accordance With Appendix 2 - Construction List Of Services Including Systems; Set-Up, Installation/Assembly Of The Systems At The Respective Installation/Operating Location; Connection To The (Building Technology) Media Required To Operate The Systems In Accordance With Appendix 2 - Construction Specifications Including Systems; Connection Of The Systems To The Kis Orbis, The Electronic (Patient) Documentation Systems, Oncology Information Systems, Planning Systems, Billing Systems And Archiving Systems (Ris / Pacs), Including The Necessary Software And Hardware; Integration Of All Network-Capable Components Into The Tcp/Ip Network And Its Infrastructure; Commissioning Including Documentation, Testing Of Electrical Safety; Declaration Of Operational Readiness; Functional Test(S), Test Run; Handover Of The Full F
