Part I. Removing Street Lighting Cabinets Outside Transformer Stations. The Task Includes The Delivery Of 12 Sou Street Lighting Cabinets, Which Will Replace The Existing Street Lighting Cabinets Located In Transformer Station Rooms, Including Four In Overhead Pole Stations. These Cabinets Will Be Adapted To Implement Full Street Lighting Control In The City Of Kolbuszowa. The Cabinets Will Consist Of A Separate Measurement Part (Main Protection And Electricity Meter) And A Distribution Part With An Appropriate Number Of Three-Phase And Single-Phase Outgoing Fields And Control. All Sou Power Cables And Outflows To Existing Lighting Networks Should Be Made With Yakxs 4X35 Mm2 Earth Cable. The Exit Of Cables From The Main Switchboards - Rg Of Transformer Stations Supplying The New Sous Should Be Led Outside Through Existing Cable Ducts, Which Should Then Be Carefully Sealed And Secured, In Consultation With The Representative Of Pge Dystrybucja. At Intersections With Existing Infrastructure Or Crossings, Appropriate Protective Pipes Φ 75 Mm Should Be Used. All New Sous Must Have An Effective Ground Of ≤ 10 Ω, Connected To The Existing Station Ground. In Places Where Such A Connection Cannot Be Made, Pin Grounding Should Be Made. They Must Be Matched To The Power Of The Existing Led Luminaires And After Replacing The Sodium Luminaires With Led Ones, With A Margin Of + 25%. The Compensator Should Ensure Reactive Power Compensation So That The Tg Φ Is Within The Range 0 - 0.4 (Ind), When Dimming The Luminaires From 100% To 30%. During The Investment Warranty Period, The Compensators Will Be Maintained And Adjusted By The Contractor So That They Fulfill Their Role.
