Environmental Engineering Consultancy Services – Framework Project Management Agreement Relating To Maintenance Work On River Hydraulic Structures. Project Management Of Infrastructure Works (Infrastructure In Reuse Or Rehabilitation.) In Accordance With Article R.2162-3 Of The Public Procurement Code, This Is A Framework Agreement For Project Management Services Concluded With A Single Economic Operator, Executed Partly By The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts And Partly By The Issuance Of Purchase Orders. Each Operation Will Give Rise To The Conclusion Of A Subsequent Total Or Partial Project Management Contract Relating To The Elements Of Ep/Dia, Avp, Pro, Amt, Exe, Det, Aor Missions Defined By The Public Procurement Code In Particular In Its Articles R.2431-24 To R.2431-31 And Articles R. 2431-16 To R. 2431-18. The Details Of The Missions Appear In The Cctp. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Fixed Period Of 4 Years Without Minimum Amounts But With The Following Maximum Amounts: For The Part Executed By Subsequent Contracts: 1,200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For 4 Years For The Part Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders: 400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For 4 Years. An Optional On-Site Visit Is Planned (See Article 5.1.6 Of The Rc)
