Work Detail
Engineering Design Services – General Planning Services For The Construction Of A Helipad. The Leverkusen Clinic, The Academic Teaching Hospital Of The University Of Cologne, Is A Regional Top-Quality Hospital With A Highly Qualified Range Of Medical And Nursing Services. More Than 2,600 People Look After The Health And Well-Being Of Patients In Twelve Medical Departments With A Total Of 746 Beds, Numerous Centers And Institutes As Well As In The Service Areas, Subsidiaries And Administration. Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, Therapists And Other Professional Groups Are On Duty Around The Clock. Despite Its Supra-Regional Importance, The Leverkusen Clinic Has So Far Only Had One Ground-Based Helipad, Which Does Not Meet The Requirements Of Section 6 Of The Aviation Act And Is Therefore No Longer Served. General Planning Services Are Therefore Being Sought - Service Phases 4 To 9 - For The Construction Of An Elevated Helipad On Building 1.Y. The Associated Property Is Owned By Klinikum Leverkusen Gmbh. Building 1.Y Is Located In The Northern Clinic Area And Is At A Distance Of Approx. 20M From The Dhünn, Which Runs Further North And Has An Average Altitude Of 500 M. 56.5 M Above Sea Level Nn Almost Level. The Building Is Located In The Area Of A Development Plan, But With The Construction Of The Helipad The Construction Limit In The North Will Be Exceeded And This Results In A Deviation From The Existing Development Plan. Based On The Planning Carried Out For Service Phases 1-4, A Building Application Was Submitted And The Building Permit Was Granted On October 16, 2023. This Building Permit Is The Basis For The Current Award Of General Planning Services For The Service Phases Described In Each Case. When Building 1.Y Was Realized, The Original Plan For A Future Heliport Was Not Pursued Any Further. The Load Shares For The Landing Area Were Only Taken Into Account In The Static Load Assumptions. Neither The Planning Of The Technology Center On The 6Th Floor Nor The Elevator Took Any Later Implementation Into Account. The Development Core Was Not Raised To The Height Necessary For A Landing Site. The Expansion Of The Existing Elevator System Is Not Possible During Ongoing Hospital Operations, As These Elevators Are Required For Operating Theaters And Intensive Care Operations. The Existing Building 1.Y Is A Reinforced Concrete Structure That Was Built In 2004 In A 1St Ba As An In-Situ Concrete Construction With The Dimensions Of Approx. 74/25M And The Floors 1St Basement, Ground Floor, 1St Floor, 2Nd Floor. In A 2Nd Ba (2015 - 2017), The New Building Was Added As A Mixed Construction Made Of Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Parts With In-Situ Concrete Additions To The 3Rd Floor, 4Th Floor, 5Th Floor, 6Th Floor (6Th Floor = Technical Floor). The Payload On The Reinforced Concrete Ceilings Is 500Kg/M2. The Landing Site Was Originally Planned As A Steel Structure Due To The Higher Properties
