Tenders are invited for External Project Evaluation DPAs Facilitating Partner Community-Led Wellbeing Development, Resilience Communities and Natural Resources Management in 17 villages in two districts in Preah Vihear province, Cambodia Qualification and Experience of the Team Leader The Team Leader should have the following qualifications and experience: a) post-graduate qualifications in relevant development field; b) previous evaluation experience of integrated community development programmes, value chains and marketing, and DRR and CCA, gender and sanitation, including experience as a Team Leader; c) a sound understanding of development issues in Cambodia and the role of NGOs in the broader development context; and d) fluency in English and good communication skills are essential.
