Tenders are invited for Community Facilitators Training on Climate Change Adaptation and Nutrition Co-Benefits MAAN Development Center invite qualified consultants (individuals or companies) to submit proposals to conduct a Community Facilitators Training on Climate Change Adaptation and Nutrition Co-Benefits. This consultancy is part of the above-mentioned project funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by MAAN Development Center and World Vision International. Key Notes · Currency & Tax: Financial offers must be in EUR and exclude VAT (the project is VAT-exempt). · Invoicing: Consultants/companies must issue official zero-VAT invoices compliant with Palestinian regulations. · Advertisement Fees: Advertisement fees on Jobs.ps shall be borne by the awarded consultant/firm. Submission Format Two Sealed Envelopes · Technical Offer: methodology, detailed workplan/timetable, team composition & CVs., relevant experience and samples/references. · Financial Offer: detailed budget in EUR (unit rates and cost breakdown).
