Tenders are invited for Purchase of Hardware Items for Proposed Car Parks on 3, 4, 5, 6 Floors of Block No. 5 at DHQC Project Akurcgoda. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 06th October 2025 until 28th October 2025 from 0900 hrs to 1430 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR 7,500.00). The method of payment will be in Cash/Bank draft in favour of Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Three Hundred Twenty Four Thousand only (LKR 324,000.00), obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. This Bid Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, on demand guarantee and shall be valid up to 25th February 2026.
