Geotechnical Engineering Services – Framework Agreement For The Carrying Out Of Geotechnical Studies For The Construction Of Works (Buildings, Roads, Networks) - Relaunch Of Lot 2. Framework Agreement With Subsequent Multi-Awardee Contracts Without Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 300,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat Lot 2 Will Be Awarded To A Minimum Of 2 Holders, Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Candidates, And A Maximum Of 5 Holders. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is One Year From Its Date Of Notification. It May Be Subject To Tacit Renewal For Periods Of One Year, Although The Overall Duration May Not Exceed 4 Years. The Estimated Start Date For Services Is: January 2026. For Lot 2, Variants May Be Accepted At The Stage Of Subsequent Contracts. The Framework Agreement Is Not Subject To Installments. The Framework Agreement Does Not Confer Any Exclusivity On The Holders, The Services Relating To A Particular Operation Due To Their Importance Or Their Characteristics May Be Subject To Specific Competitive Bidding Procedures At The Choice Of The Project Owner.
