The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Rooms Of The Center For Contemporary Art Kronika In Bytom At Rynek 26. The Rooms Occupy Two Levels Of The Tenement House And Are Located On The 1St And 2Nd Floors. Access To The Rooms Is Via A Public Staircase Equipped With A Passenger Lift. The Scope Of Works Related To The Reconstruction Will Include, Among Others: The Following Construction Works: - Renovation And Reconstruction Of Water Supply, Sewage And Electrical Installations, Excluding Gas Installations. - Renovation Of Rooms In The Scope Of: Renovation Of The Floor Of Rooms, Refreshing Rooms By Painting Walls And Ceilings, Setting Up New Partition Walls, Changing The Arrangement Of Rooms In Terms Of Changing The Location Of The Office Space In Relation To The Exhibition Space.
