The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Preparatory Works - Earthworks - Renovation Of An Existing Pond - Construction Of A System For Collecting Rain And Snowmelt Water - 3 Tanks For Storing Rainwater And Meltwater - Plantings Taking Into Account Native Species And Creating A Bird Station - Creating Two Flower Beds - Creating Perennial Flower Meadow - Construction Of A Path With A Permeable Surface - Purchase Of Garden Architecture Elements - Purchase And Installation Of A Pump For Aerating The Pond. The Contractors Tasks Also Include: - Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board With Dimensions Of 120X80 Cm On A Frame Or Posts Made Of Stainless/Powder-Galvanized Steel - A Board Informing About The Co-Financing Of The Task - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation - Service Surveying And Conducting A Post-Construction Surveying Inventory4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bill Of Quantities, Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.3. 1), Stwiorb And Bill Of Quantities. The Occurrence, During The Execution Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration. 4.4. Equivalent Solutions. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation.
