This Building, Located On Plot 826/815, Is Listed In The Municipal Register Of Monuments Of The Tworóg Commune, Established By The Commune Mayor In 2012 On The Basis Of The Provisions Of Art. 22 Sections 4 And 5 Of The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2014, Item 1446, As Amended), Introduced By Order No. 1208/162/2014 Of The Mayor Of Tworóg Commune Of July 3, 2013. The Purpose And Scope Of The Study Includes Thermal Modernization Works, In Particular: • Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation. And Domestic Hot Water In The Scope Of Replacing A Coal-Fired Boiler With A Biomass Boiler And Heat Pumps;• Installation Of A New Biomass Boiler (Pellet) With A Capacity Of Min. 60Kw, For Central Heating Purposes And Domestic Hot Water With A Domestic Hot Water Tank, Energy Class Minimum A+, Ecodesign Certificate, Class 5 According To Pn-En 303-5+A1:2023-05 With Full Fittings And Modernization Of The Boiler Room And Fuel Storage Room, Modernization Of The Electrical Installation For The Operation Of The Boiler, Modernization Of The Exhaust Gas Discharge And Ventilation System; • Installation Of Two Air/Air Heat Pump Units With A Capacity Of 3.6 Kw Each; • Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation, Piping, Radiators With New Thermostatic Valves; • Insulation Of The Attic Ceiling; • Replacement Of Windows; • Replacement Of External Doors; • Disassembly Of External Window Sills • Disassembly Of Grilles • Replacement Of Window Grills With New Ones • Replacement Of Internal Window Sills • Replacement Of External Window Sills The Contractor Will Also Be Responsible For, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Of Administrative Bodies, All Required For The Implementation Of Construction Works And The Use Of The Buildings That Are The Subject Of This Contract.
