Roof Covering With Ceramic Tiles.2/ Stabilization Of The Walls By Rebuilding The Last Top Layers Of Bricks Directly Under The Designed Reinforced Concrete Ring, Filled From The Outside With Solid Bricks.3/ Removal Of Internal Walls And Construction Of New Partition Walls According To The Construction Drawing (Fig. A-2)4/ Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, Main Entrance Door To Be Renovated.5/ Construction Of New Stairs Internal.6/ Insulation Of The Building Inside.7/ Insulation Of The Foundations By Applying Two Coats Of Mass Or Bituminous Adhesive. A Central Heating System Based On Radiator Heating Was Designed For The Building. The Heat Source For Commercial Premises Will Be A Heat Pump. The Radiator Heating Installation In Commercial Premises Will Be Carried Out In A Distributor System. Use Radiator Distributors With Shut-Off Inserts And A Vent Valve. Panel Radiators With Built-In Thermostatic Valves Were Used As Heating Surfaces. The Building Was Equipped With A Mechanical Ventilation System. Ventilation Stacks Made Of Pvc. The Sanitary Sewage System Will Collect Sewage From The Following Utensils: Toilet Bowls, Washbasins, Sink, Dishwasher, Shower. The Internal Sanitary Sewage System In The Building Was Designed With Pvc Pipes Pressed Together Using Socket Connections. The Number Of Ducts In Individual Rooms Was Adjusted To The Function Of The Rooms, The Average Number Of People Staying In Them, The Amount Of Air Necessary For Exchange And The Height Of The Ventilation Ducts. The Task Includes The Expansion Of The Power Installation. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To This Swz. The Task Is Carried Out Based On A Building Permit. The Building Of The Village Community Center Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments.
