1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Dismantling Of The Passenger Platform, Construction Of An External Reinforced Concrete Elevator Shaft And Foundation, Delivery And Assembly Of A Passenger Elevator With An Electric Drive (Adapted To Transport Persons With Disabilities) And Execution Of Accompanying Construction Works On A Public Utility Building In Dąbrowa Górnicza In The Design And Build System, Taking Into Account Provisions Of The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Stages: Stage I - Development Of Agreed Full Design Documentation (Multi-Discipline), Including The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Detailed Specifications, Including All Calculations Along With Architectural Details, As Well As Preparation And Obtaining The Necessary Consents For The Location Of The Elevator, Submission Of An Application For A Building Permit. Stage Ii - Construction Works Will Begin After Approval Of The Design Documentation And Obtaining An Administrative Decision For A Building Permit. Carrying Out Preparatory Works, Fencing The Area And Preparing The Construction Site And Construction Facilities, Carrying Out Demolition Works As Well As The Removal And Disposal Of Materials And Scrapping, Excavations For Foundations Along With Stabilization Of The Ground For The Foundation And Tests Of The Degree Of Soil Compaction.1.2 The Contractor Will Scrap The Passenger Platform And All Components And Accessories At The Nearest Scrapping Point Indicated By Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Participate In The Dismantling Process. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party By E-Mail About The Demolition Date 5 Days In Advance. The Contractor Will Dismantle And Transport The Elements To A Scrapping Point At His Own Expense. The Scrap Is Entirely Owned By The Municipal Residential Buildings Authority.2.2. Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works And Installation Of A Passenger Elevator, Construction Of A New One.
