Title Of The Order: Design And Construction Of A Second Cremation Line For The Needs Of Kck With Delivery, Installation And Start-Up Of The Device (Furnace) And Adaptation Of The Incineration Building To The Installation Requirements Together With The Integration Of Monitoring Systems And Operating Both Lines In The Design-Build System - Procedure 32. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation - Based On The Pfu, Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Launch The Second Cremation Line, Including The Selection Of An Appropriate Furnace And The Integration Of Monitoring And Servicing Systems For Both Lines. As Part Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Provide An Opinion On The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Ceiling, Prepare A Construction Design, Detailed Design, Information On Health And Safety, Hereinafter Referred To As Bioz, Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Obtain The Required Opinions, Maps, Measurements, Approvals, Certificates, Permits - If They Are Required At The Design Preparation Stage - And To Submit A Notification Of The Works Or Obtain A Decision On A Building Permit - If Required - And To Transfer The Copyright To The Ordering Party.2) Exercising Authors Supervision - By The Author(S) Of The Project, Authors Supervision Over Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Documentation Design Throughout The Entire Period Of Work Implementation, In Particular: Confirming Compliance Of Construction Works With The Design Documentation, Active Participation In Committees, Technical Meetings, Acceptance Of Works And At Each Request Of The Ordering Party With A Frequency Adapted To The Real Needs And Problems Reported By The Ordering Party.
