The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works, Including Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Arrangements And Consents Or Their Updates For The Task Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels And Thermal Modernization Works Of The Building In Gdańsk At Ul. Świrski 19 A-B. The Works Include, In Particular, Insulation Of The Roof Covering Of The Existing Building According To Variant Ii Of The Project, Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels On The Roof And Insulation (Replacing/Adding Layers) Of The Ceiling Separating The Unheated Garage From The Residential Part. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular. The Scope Of Work Includes Demolition Works, In Particular: Dismantling The Existing Top Layers Of Roofing, Dismantling The Ventilation System. And Lightning Protection, Dismantling All Elements On The Roof And Sheet Metal (Flashing), Dismantling A Fragment Of The Existing Mineral Wool Insulation Layers Glued To The Garage Ceiling.
