The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Establishment Of A Care Institution For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age In The Form Of 1 Day Care Provider At The Address: Dziaduszyce 23, 32-218 Słaboszów, Under Which The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: A. Renovate Some Of The Rooms Located On The Ground Floor Of The Primary School Building In Dziaduszyce In Order To Ensure The Premises Requirements Necessary To Organize Care Provided By A Day Care Provider, Including: Separating A Playroom Including A Sleeping Area, A Bathroom For Children, A Social And Storage Room And A Toilet For Staff,  Providing Access For People With Disabilities By Constructing A Ramp At The External Stairs And A Stair Chair, B. Delivery, Together With The Transfer Of Ownership To The Ordering Party, And If Applicable - Together With The Installation Of The Necessary Equipment For The Playroom And Sleeping Area, Toilets And The Room Social. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular The Scope And Method Of Performing Construction Works - Renovation, Sanitary And Electrical Works, As Well As The List Of Supplies Along With The Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of Supplies Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Consists Of: A. Design Documentation - In The Descriptive And Drawing Parts, B. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), C. Bill Of Quantities, Provided That The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Secure The Part Of The Building Of The Primary School In Dziaduszyce Subject To Normal Operation From The Part Of The Building Subject To Renovation (Construction, Sanitary, Electrical Works), In The Manner Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Designed Contractual Provisions, In Particular In A Manner Securing The Part Of The Building Of The Primary School Subject To Normal Operation Against Dust Ingress, Against Heat Loss (Especially During The Heating Season - If Applicable) And Against Excessive Noise, While Ensuring The Highest Level Of Safety For The Users Of The Primary School, Especially Minor Children.
