The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas With The Symbol E With An Estimated Volume Of 1,106,940 Kwh. The Data Is Indicative.2. Ppg Quantity - 9 Pcs.3. The Proceedings Covered Ppg, In Which The Recipient: 1) Is Subject To Tariff Protection, I.E. Recipients Referred To In Art. 62B Section 1 Point 2 Of The European Parliament Act And2) Has A Mixed Volume - In A Given Facility Only Part Of The Volume Is Subject To Tariff Protection. 4. In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, The Ordering Party Indicated To Which Ppg The Provisions Of Art. 62B And According To What Percentage Indicator. 5. Upon Signing The Contract With The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous, The Ordering Party (Customers) Will Submit Appropriate Gas Fuel Customer Declarations (Under Article 62Ba And/Or Article 62Bb Of The European Parliament Act) According To The Template Established In The Regulation On The Protection Of Gas Customers.6. The Ordering Party, On The Website Of The Ongoing Procedure, Publishes For Information Purposes The Declarations Of Protection That The Recipients Have Submitted To The Currently Applicable Contract And The Content Of Which May Be Different From The Data In Annex 1A To The Swz, Which May Result From A Change In The Qualification Of The Facility, And In 2026 The Information Specified In Annex 1A To The Swz Will Be Valid.7. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Proceedings Indicate That A Given Volume Is Subject To 100% Protection, And When Entering Into The Agreement The Ordering Party Submits A Declaration Of The Recipient Of Gas Fuels With Different Content, With Respect To The Volume That Is Not Covered By Protection, The Rates Applicable In A Given Period Resulting From The Contractors Price List Will Apply To Settlements (Unless This Change Results From Circumstances That The Ordering Party Could Not Have Foreseen). At The Time Of Signing The Declaration Of The Recipient Of Gas Fuels).8. The Ordering Party Included A Detailed Description Of Ppg In Annex No. 1A To Swz.9.
