Raszei 1 In Toruń.2. Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Currently In The Building Of The 3Rd Secondary School At Ul. Raszei 1, In The Basement Part Under The Gymnasium (Area Approx. 842 M2) There Is A Shelter. 2) The Design Documentation Should Include The Modernization And, If Necessary, Reconstruction Of The Shelter. 3) The Subject Of The Order Should Take Into Account The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 9, 2025 On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 932), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of 21 February 2025 On The Criteria For Recognizing Buildings Or Their Parts As Protective Structures (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 235), As Well As In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Head Of Civil Protection Of The Country Of December 4, 2018 On The Principles Of Dealing With Protective Construction Resources And The Annex To The Guidelines. 4) A Technical Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Building Should Include An Assessment Of The Possibility Of Transferring Additional Loads Referred To In Par. 5 And Annex No. 1 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 9, 2025 On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter (Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 932).5) The Developed Subject Of The Order Should Take Into Account The Requirements And Standards Regarding The Protection, Shaping And Maintenance Of Green Areas On The Construction Site. In Particular, Before Starting To Develop Design Solutions As Part Of The Design Documentation, If The Preliminary Field Analysis Shows Such A Need, The Contractor Will Perform A Natural (Dendrological) Inventory In Advance, With Particular Emphasis On Valuable Trees, Specify Design Recommendations In The Project Regarding The Possibility Of Avoiding Collisions Of Trees With The Planned Investment, Designate Protection Zones For Trees And Shrubs, And Plan The Location Of Places Storage Of Waste, Construction Materials, Parking Of Machines And Equipment During The Investment Implementation In A Way That Least Harms The Trees And Shrubs Planned For Preservation. At The Design Stage, The Contractor Will Apply Solutions Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs On The Construction Site, In Particular Solutions Minimizing Activities Related To Changes In The Natural Terrain And Tree Habitat Conditions, The Designed Plant Cover Should Refer To The Existing Habitat And The Implementation Of Activities Related To Increasing Small Retention Will Be Designed.
