The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Delivery And Implementation Of A System For Managing Library Resources, 2. Provision Of The Service In The Saas Model In A Cloud Computing Environment, 3. Migration Of Data From The Aleph Library System,4. Ongoing Technical And Service Support Of The System,5. Ensuring The Continuity Of System Operation,6. Provision Of All Necessary Licenses For The Operation Of The Service. The Order Will Be Carried Out In Three Stages: Stage 1: Development Of A Pre-Implementation Analysis. Stage 2: Implementation Of The Library Resources Management System In The Computing Cloud, Along With Data Migration From The Aleph System. Stage 3: Technical And Service Support Service And Ensuring Business Continuity Of The Library Resources Management System In The Saas Model, Together With Data Storage The Ordering Party On The Contractors Servers (Hosting) From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Second Stage Until December 31, 2028, Due To The Deadline For Completing The Project.
