Tenders Are Invited For Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Originating From The Statutory Activities Of The Pyskowice Commune And Its Organizational Units In 2026.

1. Organizing The Collection Of Separately Collected, Biodegradable, Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, Waste From Markets, Cemeteries And Municipal Toilets, Their Transport And Management, Originating From The Statutory Activities Of The Pyskowice Commune And Its Organizational Units In 2026. Under The Term Collection And Management Of Waste Originating From From The Statutory Activities Of The Pyskowice Commune And Its Organizational Units The Ordering Party Understands: Collection And Management Of Waste From Entities Referred To In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Declares That, As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, Each Of The Entities Referred To In Annex No. 7 To The Swz (The So-Called Ordering Party) Will Sign Individual Contracts With The Contractor (3 Individual Contracts In Total). The Ordering Party, Based On The Expected Quantities And Unit Prices Indicated In The Price Form Of The Contractor Whose Offer Is Deemed The Most Advantageous, Will Calculate The Value Of The Contracts Of Individual Ordering Parties. The Sum Of Remuneration Specified In § 5 Section 1 Of Each Individual Contract Will Be Equal To The Offer Price Of This Contractor. 3. Mixed Municipal Waste, Bio-Waste, Waste From Markets, Cemeteries And Municipal Toilets Should Be Transferred To The Municipal Installation In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations And The Provisions Of The Opz Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Is To Be In Accordance With The Provisions Of Environmental Protection Law And Sanitary Regulations, Including The Regulation Issued Pursuant To Art. 9D Section 2 Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. 5. Execution Of The Order Using Vehicles In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of January 11, 2013 (Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 122) On Detailed Requirements For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners. 6. The Contractor Must Have: Two Vehicles Adapted To Collect Municipal Waste, Two Vehicles Adapted To Collect Separately Collected Municipal Waste And 1 Vehicle To Collect Waste Without A Compacting Function. 7. Municipal Waste Collection Vehicles Should Meet The Requirements Of Directive 98/69/C (Exhaust Emission Standards) - At Least The Euro 5.8 Standard. Having A Storage And Transport Base Located And Equipped In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of January 11, 2013 (Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 122) On Detailed Requirements For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners.
