1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Service Of Cremation Of Bodies Along With Transport From The Mortuary At Ul. Kujawska 2 In Gubin To The Crematorium And Transport After Cremation To The Mortuary At Ul. Kujawska 2 In Gubin, Urns Containing Ashes, As Well As Delivery To The Funeral Home In Gubin Ul. Kujawska 2 Empty Cremation Coffins, Cremation Urns And Reliquaries.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.3 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex I.4 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks And Manufacturers Names That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine Technical And Quality Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Tor. The Contractor Who Accepts Equivalent Solutions (Products) For The Valuation Of The Offer Is Obliged To Prove The Equivalence Of The Adopted Solutions, Including Equipment And Materials. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Equivalent Solution Meets The Requirements Specified In The Tor, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Along With The Offer, A Detailed Description/List Of The Offered Equivalent Procurement Subject Matter, Which Will Specify For Each Solution The Features Enabling Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Solution And Confirmation Of Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Procurement. Note: Failure To Submit Such A Description/List Will Be Tantamount To Accepting The Solutions Indicated In The Swz And The Annexes To Swz 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Indicated By The Contractor Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order And Contact The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Have A Communicative Level Of Polish. In Case The Above-Mentioned Persons Do Not Speak Polish, During The Term Of The Contract And For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Interpreter At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Efforts.
