The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct The Practical Part Of A Category T Driving Course For Students And Students Of The School Complex Of The Agricultural Education Center In Kamień Mały. Number Of People: 12. The Ordering Party Informs That The Persons Assigned To Take The T Category Driving License Course Have Current Medical Examinations Confirming That There Are No Contraindications To Taking The Above-Mentioned Course And Have Completed The Theoretical Part Of The Course.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Organize And Conduct The Above-Mentioned Course, Consisting Of 20 Hours Of Practical Classes, With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge And Applicable Regulations, - Conduct The Course Ensuring Accessibility To People With Special Needs, As Specified In Art. 6 Section 1 (Architectural Accessibility) And In Art. 6 Section 2 And 3 (Digital Accessibility And Information And Communication) Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs, - Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Conducting The Above-Mentioned Course By The Person Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form, Hereinafter Referred To As The Instructor, - Informing The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of The Order Execution About Personal Changes In The Instructor. - Issue A Document In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Entitling Them To Take The State Examination, - Insure The Training Participants For The Duration Of The Training Against The Consequences Of Accidents Occurring In Connection With The Training And On The Way To And From The Training Site.2. Place Of Course Implementation: The Contractor Will Provide Classes On The Maneuvering Area On Its Own. The Ordering Party Requires That The Practical Classes - Driving Lessons In Urban Traffic Take Place In The Town That Is The Seat Of The Examination Center Where The Course Participants Will Take The State Exam. In Addition, The Ordering Party Requires That The Practical Classes Organized On School Days Take Place At Times That Do Not Conflict With The School Timetable (Not More Than 5 Hours A Day). The Contractor Will Determine The Dates And Times Of Practical Classes Individually With The Course Supervisor.
