4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader With Accessories, As Part Of The Task: Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment - Civil Protection Resources. The Task Is Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-226.4.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader With Original Accessories Dedicated By The Backhoe Loader Manufacturer. Transport, Loading And Unloading Of The Backhoe Loader With Accessories Will Take Place At The Expense And Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Backhoe Loader And Its Accessories Must Be Fully Operational, Undamaged, Free From Any Legal Defects, Including Any Third-Party Rights And Other Encumbrances And Security For Third-Party Receivables Or Their Property Rights, And Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Backhoe Loader Must Come From Mass Production, A Vehicle From Unit Production And One Whose Parameters Have Been Changed In Order To Meet The Technical Requirements For The Vehicle Described In The Proceedings In Question Are Not Allowed. The Contractor Will Train At Least Two Operators In The Construction, Operation And Maintenance Of The Backhoe Loader.
