The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Sports Equipment For The Gym And Fitness Room Located In The Village Community Center In Gniazdowo, Gniazdowo 25, 76-039 Biesiekierz, Among Others. Circuit Training Machines, Recumbent Bikes, Massage Chairs. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. Requirements For The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment: 1) The Equipment Should Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law. 2) The Delivered Items Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Packed In Packaging Enabling Clear Identification Of The Product. 3) The Delivered Items Must Be Brought To The Room Indicated As The Place Of Delivery By The Ordering Party, While Items Whose Proper Functioning Requires Their Installation Should Be Installed In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4) It Is Recommended That The Delivered Assortment Be Packed In Such A Way That Will Prevent Damage To The Products During Transport. The Contractor Is Responsible For Damage To The Products During Transport.5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Return The Delivered Assortment That Does Not Meet The Technical And Quality Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party And If It Is Found That The Delivered Products: A) Are Damaged, Have Defects That Make Them Unusable, And These Defects And Damage Are Not The Fault Of The Ordering Party, B) Do Not Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Item Description Order, C) The Delivered Products Do Not Correspond To The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Technical Parameters. 6) If The Delivered Equipment Does Not Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Replace It With New, Correct Ones At His Own Expense Within 7 Days From The Notification By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Order, Including The Course And Timely Execution, Quality, Compliance With Technical And Quality Conditions And Applicable Regulations.7) With Regard To Equipment And In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party - The Contractor Undertakes To Train At Least One Representative Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation Of The Subject Of The Order And Rational Operation, And To Provide The Ordering Party With: A) Instructions For Operating The Subject Of The Order In Polish Language And Service Documentation, B) A Document Specifying The Rules For The Provision Of Services By An Authorized Service Center During The Warranty And Post-Warranty Period.3. The Contractor Declares That The Supplied Equipment Is New (It Has Not Been The Subject Of Exhibitions Or Presentations), Complete And, After Delivery And Installation, Will Be Ready To Perform The Function For Which It Was Ordered, Without The Need To Make Additional Purchases And Investments (Apart From Cons
