Total Area Covered By Reduction: Approx. 100.00 Ha (99.88 Ha).3.3. The Exact Locations For Implementation Are Provided In The Table In Annex 2.1 To Swz.3.4. Removal Should Be Done By Cutting Out Undergrowth And Saplings - Trees Up To 7 M High - Species: Spruce, Beech, Birch And Red Oak, As Well As Uprooting American Bird Cherry And Broom In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Area Specified Above - Does Not Apply To Juniper. The Reduction Will Not Include Pieces Of Trees Constituting Bulk Timber - In Accordance With Order No. 51 Of The Director General Of The State Forests Of September 30, 2019 On The Introduction Of Technical Conditions Applicable To The Trade In Wood Raw Materials In Pgl Lp. The Task Will Consist In Reducing Undergrowth And Saplings In Selected Sections In Places Selected By The Ordering Party (Specified In The Table In Annex 2.1 To The Swz), Which Will Aim To Partially Expose The Existing Blueberry Bushes. American Bird Cherry Should Be Removed 100%. This Is To Leave Compact, Valuable And Viable Spruce Clumps.3.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Place The Resulting Biomass In Piles In A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, But No Further Than 2 Km From The Surface Of A Given Area.3.6. The Contractor May Inspect The Forest Areas Intended For The Execution Of The Order Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party.3.7. The Service May Only Be Performed By Persons With Appropriate Operator Licenses For Machines Necessary To Perform The Task.
