Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Electricity To Facilities Administered By The Grodziczno Commune.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To Facilities Administered By The Grodziczno Commune, Which Is Divided Into 3 Tasks - In Accordance With The Annex To The Subject Of The Order, Containing A Detailed List Of Electricity Consumption Points With A Description Of The Characteristics And Estimated Power Demand.2. The Estimated Total Amount Of Electricity Supplied To 43 Energy Consumption Points Is 280,000 Kwh In The C12a Tariff, 80,000 Kwh In The C11 Tariff And 5,000 Kwh In The G11 Tariff. The Total Estimated Aggregate Annual Demand Power In Accordance With The Annex To The Subject Of The Order. 3. Determining The Estimated Demand For Electricity Is An Element Used To Select The Most Advantageous Offer And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Supply Electricity In The Given Amounts. 4. Electricity Will Be Supplied In Accordance With The Standards And Conditions Specified In The Detailed Rules For Shaping The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And In The Implementing Provisions To This Act And Other Applicable Legal Provisions.5. Detailed Information And Terms Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Currently Has A Contract For The Sale Of Electricity Until December 31, 2025; 2) The Operator Of The Electricity Distribution System For Individual Energy Consumption Points Is Energa Operator; 3) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor With Whom An Energy Supply Contract Will Be Concluded, If Necessary, To Carry Out The Procedure For Effectively Changing The Electricity Supplier In Accordance With The Distribution Network Operation And Operation Manual. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With An Appropriate Power Of Attorney To Carry Out The Procedure For An Effective Change Of Supplier On Behalf Of The Ordering Party; 4) All Consumption Points Are Existing Facilities, With Measurement And Billing Systems; 5) The Contractor Is Expected To Carefully Familiarize Himself With The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Make A Local Inspection Of The Facilities That Are The Subject Of This Procedure; 6) Electricity Should Meet Standards And Technical Parameters, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, As Well As Polish Standards; 7) The Supply Of Electricity Will Take Place Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator, With Whom The Ordering Party Will Have A Signed Contract For The Provision Of Distribution Services As Of The Date Of Commencement Of Electricity Supply; 8) The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplier Be Able To Bill Him As A Prosumer In The Event Of Reporting The Connection Of A Micro-Installation To The Power Grid Of Energa Operator S.A.; 9) Settlements Of The Amount Of Energy Sold Will Be Based On Readings From Measurement And Billing Systems Made By The Distribution System Operator, With A 2-Month Settlement Period; 10) The Ordering Party
