1.1. Part I – Delivery Of The Mail Protection System1.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Delivery Of An Email Protection System With Licenses/Subscriptions Valid For A Period Of At Least 24 Months, B) Provision Of First-Line Technical Support For The Offered Solution, Provided By The Contractor In Polish, In 8X5 Mode, For A Minimum Of 24 Months, C) Training For Three Administrators For 16 Hours, D) Implementation Of The Implementation Service In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Recommendations.1.1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 5A To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz.1.1.3. The Contractor Ensures That The Supplied Equipment Is Brand New, Complete And Functional, Has No Physical Or Legal Defects And Has Been Placed On The Market In Accordance With Legal Acts Implementing The New Approach Directives, Which Is Confirmed By The Ce Marking, In Accordance With The Act Of August 30, 2002 On The Conformity Assessment System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 215) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of June 2, 2016 R. Regarding Requirements For Electrical Equipment (Journal Of Laws 2016, Item 806).1.1.4. The Contractor Ensures That The Supplied Software: - Comes From A Legal Source And Has All Components Confirming The Legality Of Their Origin (E.G. Original Packaging, Original Carrier, License Agreement, Access Key, Etc.), - Does Not Violate The Act On Copyright And Related Rights (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 24, As Amended) - Comes From Official Sales And Distribution Channels Manufacturer For The Polish Market.
