Tenders are invited for Supply of Defibrillator 01 Bid Document Fee (Rs.) 2500/- Refundable Bid Security (Rs.) 22125/- A set of Bidding documents can be obtained from the Finance Section of the De Soysa Hospital for Women from 07.10.2025 up to 21.10.2025 on official working days between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. by making a written request to the Director of De Soyza Hospital for Women along with the certified copy of he Business Registration Certificate of your business and by producing the receipt obtained for the payment of non- refundable fee of Rs. 2500.00 to the Accountant of the De Soyza Hospital for Women along with the National Identity Card of the self. Perfected bidding documents can either be sent by registered post marking the caption to the effect "Purchase of Medical Equipment to the De Soysa Hospital for Women (Teaching)" on the top left hand corner of the envelope enclosing the bid applications addressed to Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, De Soysa Hospital for Women, Kynsey Road, Colombo 08 or may be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Office of the Accountant at the above address to be received at or before 10.00 a.m. on 22.10.2025.
