Tenders are invited for Maintaining the Canteen of Doctors Rest Room Minimum Bid (Rs.) 40,000/- Non-Refundable Bid Fee (Rs.) 5,000/- Refundable Bid Security (Rs.) 10,000/- Bidder or his authorized representative may inspect the bid documents free of charge from 07.10.2025 up to 2.30 p.m. on 20.10.2025. Bid documents may be obtained from the Administration Division from 07.10.2025 up to 3.00 p.m. on 20.10.2025 upon payment of the non-refundable bid fee. Pre bid meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 14.10.2025 and the bidder or his authorized representative may attend this meeting. Duly perfected bids prepared as Original and Duplicate may either be sent by registered post to the Teaching Hospital, Anuradhapura or hand carried and deposited in the Bid Box kept in the Office of the Accountant to receive before 10.00 a.m. on 21.10.2025. Bids will be opened at 10.00 a.m. on 21.10.2025 and the bidder or his authorized officer may be present at the time of opening of bids. Deci- sion of the Procurement Committee regarding the bids submitted will be final.
