Expression of Interest for Insolvency and Distressed Asset Framework Reform in Albania and Kosovo The purpose of this consultancy is threefold: - Provide IFC with the necessary information and description of the local framework regulating IDR and NPL transfers in Albania and Kosovo. - Validate the diagnostics that will be prepared by IFC following receipt of the inputs provided by the Consultant. - Upon finalization of the diagnostics by IFC, design detailed, sequenced Action Plans (APs) for Albania and Kosovo that will serve as operational reform roadmaps.
