Expression of Interest are invited for Angola Lobito Corridor Investment Mapping The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking to hire a consulting firm or a consortium (Consultant) to support the design and implementation of a strategic Investment Mapping along the Lobito Corridor. The Consultant will be responsible for mapping existing/planned and identifying current and potential private sector investment opportunities across Angola, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and Zambia within the Corridor. The objective of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive mapping of existing and potential private sector-led investment activities and opportunities along the Lobito Corridor, focusing on private sector actors (anchor investors and SMEs), potential Private Sector Participation (PSP) models (including PPPs), and development partner initiatives. This will inform IFCs broader corridor engagement strategy, private capital mobilization, and advisory interventions across Angola, DRC, and Zambia. The scope of work under these terms of reference will focus on Angola, conducted through desk review, site visits and stakeholder consultations across the four main provinces through which the Corridor runs, namely: Benguela, Bie, Huambo and Moxico, as detailed in the TOR.
