Tenders are invited for Environmental Equipment Calibration and Rental on Call off Basis. TENDER ISSUE PERIOD 09/10/2025 to 16/10/2025 TENDER CLOSING DATE 03/11/2025 Scope of Work: Contractor shall carry out the Environmental Equipment Calibration of all Listed QatarEnergy LNG Environmental Monitoring Equipment on a call off basis. These monitoring equipment are used to conduct compliance monitoring requirements mandated by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, as stated in the QatarEnergy LNG Consent to Operate Permits (CTO) across all COMPANYs QatarEnergy LNGs sites in Ras Laffan industrial City such as MRU Optima 7, Lamcom 4, YSI ORP Multimeter TVA 1000B, etc. Minimum requirements as below: Contractor shall be established in Qatar with a fully functional local office being registered as Calibration / Standardization services provider. Must submit evidence to be having a dedicated laboratory within Qatar. Contractor shall submit a company profile showing but not limited to their services, capability, history, company strategies, portfolio, vision and mission etc. Contractor shall provide CVs of key members of its project team as per Scope of Work requirements. All evidence must be provided in the technical proposal e.g. OEM certification, personnel training and certification, accreditation standards etc. Minimum 5 years experience in Environmental Equipment Calibration services, Other requirements as described in the Tender Document.
