Information Technology Services-Dea-525098-Provision Of Software, Software Development And Maintenance Management Services For Admie Sites. Provision Of Software, Software And Maintenance Infrastructure Management Services, For Admie Sites The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To Six Hundred And Seventy -Five Thousand Euros (€ 675,000.00), Now Vat And Is Analyzed As Follows: I) € 450,000.00 Maintenance, For Admie Sites, For A Period Of Five (5) Years. (Ii) Option Right, Total Estimated Value Of Up To € 225,000.00 (50% Of The Budget): A) The Right To Extend The Contractual Duration By Increasing The Object Of The Contract: Admie Unilaterally Reserves The Right To Prol Unit. (B) The Right To Extend An Object Of The Contract During The Execution Of The Contract (With Or Without Extension): Admie During The Execution Of The Contract Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Award Similar Services, Namely An Increase In The Natural-Economic Object Of The Contract, Under The Same Terms And Terms Of Unit. In This Case, The Duration Of The Contract Will Be Extended Accordingly, For A Duration That Will Be Jointly Agreed Between The Parties In Order To Ensure The Completion Of The Expansion Within The New Agreed Period. The Option Will Be Exercised In Accordance With Article 12 Of The General Terms, Issue 5 (On Amendments During The Contract) And Up To Fifty Percent (50%) On The Original Value Of The Contract.
