This Obligation Continues Even After The Employment Relationship Has Ended. The Aforementioned Confidentiality Obligations Also Apply To The Contractor Himself And Must Be Agreed Accordingly With Any Subcontractors. Violations Of This Obligation Entitle The Client To Terminate The Contract Without Notice. The Contractor Must Compensate The Client For Any Damage Resulting From A Breach Of This Obligation. Vehicles The Contractor Only Uses Vehicles That Are Registered To Him And Within The European Union. The Vehicles Comply With The Legal Requirements Applicable In Germany. The Client Points Out That Vehicles To Which This Does Not Apply Can Be Referred To Bundesbank Properties. In Such Cases, The Bundesbank Does Not Bear Any Costs. At The Request Of The Bundesbank, The Contractor Will Provide Information About Which Vehicles He Is Using To Fulfill This Contract (Statement Of Type And License Plate Number). Furthermore, The Bundesbank Has The Right Not To Accept Vehicles And Industrial Trucks That Are In Inadequate Technical Condition. In Such Cases, The Performance Of Commissioned Services Will Be Refused. In This Case Too, The Bundesbank Does Not Bear Any Costs. Load Securing The Bundesbank Will Make The Goods To Be Transported Available In A Secure Manner. The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing The Goods On The Truck.
