Tenders are invited for Supply of ECG Machine Tender specimen form can be obtained from 08.10.2025 to 28.10.2025 during working days of the week from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm from the Director of National Hospital, Galle. Tender specimen forms obtained by qualified tenderer or by nominated persons on behalf of a tenderer should duly perfect and sealed and submit tenders in two copies and should follow below mentioned facts. When obtaining tender specimen forms a. Request letter submitted to Director of National Hospital, Galle. b. Every bid should accompany a bid security of Rs.7,500.00 paid to the Shroff of the National Hospital, Galle and it will not be refunded. c. Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate should be submitted. d. A certificate/latter or Attorney confirming that the applicant has been appointed as local agent by foreign manufacturer. When submitting tenders, a. Origial of the Business Registration Certificate issued by the Registrar of Public Contracts at the Samagam Medura situated on D.R.Wijewardena Mawatha, Colombo under Section 8 of the Public Contracts Act. All bids should accompany a bid security to the value of 2 % of the bid value obtained from a licenced commercial bank registed with Central Bank of Sri Lanka and it should be valid from the date of closing of bids up to 150 days (28.03.2026) c.
