Tenders are invited for Consulting Services for Cbos in Jenin: Capacity Assessment, Guidance Tools, Tailored Training, and on-Site Mentorship Eligibility & Application Process Interested firms with relevant expertise are requested to: · -Submit a Letter of Interest, including valid registration certificate, via email to: [email protected]. · -Upon approval, UCS will share the full Terms of Reference (TOR) and tender documentation for further steps. Key Conditions · * Offers must be submitted in USD (excluding VAT, in accordance with the projects tax exempt status). · * The tenderer should issue an official invoice and submit a valid deduction-at-source certificate. · * Bidders must ensure their offers remain valid for 90 days after the submission deadline · * UCS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not obligated to select the lowest priced proposal. Evaluation will be based on 70% technical merit and 30% financial offer. · * Non-compliant or late submissions will be disqualified.
