Tenders are invited for Assessment and Classification Study Considering Associated The expected deliverables under this consultancy assignment for assessing and classifying the agricultural structures and providing practical recommendations are (study language is in English, with executive summary in both English and Arabic): § Inception Report including Stakeholder Consultation Report: This report will provide the methodological foundation for the consultancy, outlining the work plan, data collection tools, and a preliminary classification of agricultural structures with statistically representative samples, ensuring analytical accuracy and targeting of key risks. This report will also summarize the outcomes of meetings and consultations with farmers, suppliers, cooperatives, and relevant authorities, PSI, highlighting challenges, gaps, and practical opportunities to enhance the resilience of agricultural structures. § Draft Assessment Report: This report will present the initial analysis of the agricultural structures condition, damage assessment and classification, farmers and suppliers ability to comply with technical standards and quality requirements, financial and technical gaps, and preliminary recommendations to strengthen resilience. § Final Assessment Report: This report will consolidate all data and analyses, providing the final classification of structures, risk and opportunity assessments, and practical recommendations to improve quality, enhance resilience, and facilitate access to financing and agricultural insurance, with particular attention to smallholder farmers and vulnerable rural communities. § Stakeholder Presentation: A concise presentation summarizing the key findings, recommendations, and proposed development plan for the structures, aimed at fostering understanding and collaboration among farmers, suppliers, and public and private stakeholders to ensure by-in and successful implementation of any potential interventions.
