Tenders are invited for Framework Agreement (One Year) for Water Trucking Services in Gaza Strip The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. NRC advocates for the rights of displaced populations and offers assistance within the Shelter, Education, Emergency food security, and Legal assistance and Water, sanitation and hygiene sectors. NRC has been present in Palestine since 2009, with its office located in West Bank and Gaza. NRC is soliciting bids from reputable national registered companies to participate in the tender for Framework Agreement for water trucking services for six months and possibility of extension for additional six months in Gaza Strip. Request for Clarifications: Interested bidders may request technical clarification before 14th October 2025 through the eTB system Manner of submission: The deadline for bid submission is 22nd October 2025 23:00 Jerusalem time.
