It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support- Nutrition And Care System (Efs). Tendering Of Nutrition And Care System (Efs) To The Region Of Southern Denmark. The Contract Relates To The Supply Of Implementation, Support, Maintenance, Operation, License (Enterprise License) Of The Solution As Mentioned In The Contract. The Contracting Entity Has An Existing Nutrition And Catering System (Efs) Used By The Contracting Hospitals Kitchens For Kitchen Production. The Offer Relates To The Purchase Of A New Efs For The Contracting Entity. The Solution Of The Offered Must Replace The Contractors Existing Nutrition And Catering System. As Part Of A New System, The Contracting Entity Wants To Special Focus On Adding A Nutritional Integration To Create An Overview Of The Patients Current Nutrition Status In Epj Syd. This Integration Will Provide Significant Workflow Savings In The Clinic. It Is Also Determined By The Contracting Entity That There Must Be One Common System For Product Data That Efs Must Be Integrated. The Acquisition Must Ensure An Efs That Can Be Used By All Relevant Kitchens With The Contracting Entity, Which Includes Hospital Kitchens And Kitchens In Private Hospitals Including Arthritis Hospital, Hospices And The Social Area Affiliated With The Contracting Entity. The Supplier Must Plan And Carry Out The Delivery Of An Efs That Meets The Requirements Of The Contracting Entity. The System Must Have Relevant Integrations For Selected It Systems With The Systems System Landscape. The Supplier Must Also Provide Maintenance, Operation And Support Of The System. The Contracting Entity Provides The Operating Environment Yourself. The Item Offered Is Described In More Detail In The Contract And Associated Appendices, Including Appendix 3 Delivery Description, Which Contains An In -Depth Description Of The Requirements For The Offered Solution. The Delivery Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Entity. Is Stated In Appendix 1 Schedule, Appendix 4 Documentation And Appendix 14 Samples. Requirements For Delivery Of Affiliated Services Are Stated, Inter Alia, Of Appendix 5 Maintenance And Support. The Region Of Southern Denmark Has Approx. 25,000 Employees And There Are Approx. 1.2 Million Inhabitants, Of Which A Large Proportion Each Year Are In Contact With The Regions Hospitals, And Thus Potential Users Of The Solution. The Contract Is Conditional On The Regional Council For The Region Of Southern Denmark Approving The Contract. If The Regional Council Does Not Approve The Contract, The Contract Lapses, Cf. Section 33 Of The Contract, And The Supplier Can Invoice The Proportion Of The Work Carried Out, Cf. Appendix 12 Remuneration And Payment Plan.
